Harry Styles partners up with HeadCount to encourage new voters.
The international superstar incentivized fans with a massive Halloween-themed show amongst his 15-show run in L.A. By offering a sweepstake giveaway for tickets and travel to “Harryween” it encouraged 54,000 new voters to register. This broke multiple records for the largest voter-registration campaign sponsored by an artist and 28,760 new voters in the first 24 hours. This is HeadCounts most successful campaign.
The Austin community is already up to date on Harry’s 5 nights at the Moody Center at the beginning of October. On October 2nd Harry endorsed Beto O’Rourke, Democratic candidate running for Governor in Texas. Beto started his day with Willie Nelson at a rally in South Austin and concluded with a huge Harry Styles endorsement.

A historical moment for british-pop star Harry Styles inspiring his American audience to get to the polls. We don’t know how this will effect the outcome of the Texas election but no matter the affiliation, getting Texans to vote is an inspiring act.
