After a brief departure in 2024, Willie Nelson’s iconic Fourth of July Picnic is set to return to Austin, Texas in 2025.
Taking place at Autin’s Germania Insurance Amphitheater, promising a star-studded lineup that includes Bob Dylan, the Avett Brothers, The Mavericks, Asleep at the Wheel, and Tami Neilson.
Nelson, now 92, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I’m 92 years old and I’ll be there so you have no excuse.” He added, “I look forward to bringing back my annual 4th of July Picnic to the city I love and sharing this special event with all my Austin fans.”
Following the Austin event, Nelson and Dylan will continue their collaboration with performances in Dallas on July 5th and The Woodlands on July 6th as part of the Outlaw Fest tour.
Tickets for the 2025 Fourth of July Picnic will go on sale to the public on Friday, March 7, at 10 a.m.
