Imagine coming from a family where all your siblings are musically talented? A rarity indeed, but that’s not the case for the captivating family band Joseph.
A trio of sisters whose musical instincts are what you would you describe as an interconnection, or bond, that they possess with one another. The siblings simply know how to get it done. Although Allison, Meegan, and Natalie Closner didn’t begin making music together until they were grown up, the sisters harmonize as if they’ve been doing it their entire lives. With no musical experience, the Oregon sisters started the group on their own, recording their own songs and performing them at small local venues. But growing up with artistic parents, their inexperience didn’t seem to matter, because it all came naturally to them.
The trio recently released their fourth album Good Luck, Kid this year. Check out the single “Green Eyes” off the record.
