Know any movie lovers in your life? Take them to AFS Cinema to see the Oscar-Nominated Short Films! Presented by Shorts HD and Magnolia Pictures, three categories will be featured in this year’s selection of short films. From Animated, to Live Actions and Documentary, you can’t go wrong with this kind of night out! Plus, you’ll be all studied up by the time the Oscars air on February 24th.

Valentine’s Week Specials Cupid’s Cruise | Congress Avenue Kayaks | 12PM, 2PM, 4PM
If you need any post-Valentine’s Day plans, head over to Congress Avenue Kayaks for a special date night. You and the special person in your life can reserve a two-person kayak for only $25. There are multiple time slots available, too! You’ll even get two life vests, a bar of chocolate and be given some “love questions” to ask your Valentine while on the romantic cruise.

Sound, color, art and interaction. Make your way to the Hopscotch Light & Sound interactive art exhibit to see the work from local artists. The exhibit will showcase work from numerous artists, and they’re going to want your help with that! This isn’t your typical art exhibit. Participation is encouraged! You’ll be able to explore and interact with the art. Proceeds from the exhibit will be donated to an art-based non-profit organization.

There will be a professionally guided tour, where you’ll see over five side by side ziplines with unbelievable views of the Colorado River.
