Fall is right around the corner and you know what that means! Gold sequins, dimmed lights and of course “Shivers!”
Ed Sheeran has his fans bobbing their heads and twisting their hips, with his new song “Shivers,” featured on his fourth studio album, = (Equals).
The catchy lovestruck song follows the album’s lead single “Bad Habits.” Sharing the story of longing for that certain someone, over sharp handclaps and the jaunty tune of his guitar, “Shivers” makes for a great seasonal tune.
“It was originally meant to be the first single but I just didn’t see a world where ‘Bad Habits’ existed if it didn’t come out in the summer. Shivers always felt more autumnal. I hope you like it, I bloody love it,” Sheeran shares on an Instagram post.
Along with releasing his latest tune, Sheeran shares the dazzling music video for “Shivers.” Channeling his inner Elton John, Sheeran is dressed in feathers, head to toe sequins, and rhinestone rose gold glasses.
The video also stars the beautiful AnnaSophia Robb, as Sheeran and the actress play out the chase of falling in love.
