The Strokes were the musical guest on the Saturday Night Live Halloween episode and comedian John Mulaney hosted the show. It was the New York band’s fourth time to take the SNL stage, as it also was for Mulaney.
Prior to this weekend, The Strokes’ previous performance on Saturday Night Live was in 2011 to support the release of their fourth-studio album Angles. Earlier this year, they released their sixth studio album The New Abnormal.
In their most recent appearance, the group performed two tracks from the new album. They began with “The Adults Are Talking” and finished with “Bad Decisions.”
Dave Chappelle will host the upcoming episode on November 7. A musical guest hasn’t been announced. Watch both performances from The Strokes below.
