Former first lady Michelle Obama is extending her book tour, and she’s coming to the Erwin Center on February 28th, 2019 to discuss her memoir, “Becoming.” Obama recently tweeted how meaningful this tour has been for her, and that she “decided to do one final round of events to see folks in some cities [they] missed!”
The expansion of her book tour, “Becoming: An Intimate Conversation with Michelle Obama,” includes 21 more stops for the next year, with larger audiences. Head on over to Ticket Master for the verified fan presale. Once you register, an email confirmation will follow with more details on how to grab a pair of tickets. Registration closes December 12th at 10 pm.
Tickets to the general public go on sale Saturday, December 15th at 10 am. “Becoming: An Intimate Conversation with Michelle Obama,” published last November, sold more than 1.4 million copies the first week it was released and has now sold more than 3 million in the United States. You can expect to hear stories about Obama’s successes and obstacles she’s had throughout her personal and professional life.
