Nakia “Make Up With A Gun” [LIVE SXSW 2013]
Nakia joined us back in 2013 at the Live Morning Broadcast during SXSW! The Austin based artist performed “Make up with a Gun” off his 2013 EP Drown In The Crimson Tide.
Nakia appeared on the first season of The Voice and was a semifinalist. In 2018, the singer-songwriter released his latest album Blues Grifter and a year later unveiled his first live album called Real.Live.Blues.
Throughout quarantine, Nakia has continued to stay connected with fans by sharing at-home performance content on social media. Check out his latest below:
Back in May, the artist joined Austin City Limits Radio once again for one of the first ever virtual Hill Country Galleria shows! The performance featured live footage of Nakia’s final show before the pandemic, and premiered an unreleased song called “Private Party.” Check out the full performance below.

Ruston Kelly “Mockingbird” [LIVE ACL 2018]
Check out Ruston Kelly’s acoustic rendition backstage at ACL Fest in 2018! The Nashville based musician performed “Mockingbird” from his album Dying Star.
2020 marks a year of new music for the artist. Kelly has dropped five new singles set to be featured on his upcoming album Shape & Destroy. You can stream “Under the Sun,” “Pressure,” “Radio Cloud,” “Rubber,” and “Brave” below. The forthcoming project focuses on Kelly’s “experience in maintaining sobriety, and finally facing the demons that led him to drug abuse in the first place.” Shape & Destroy is due out August 28. Robert DeLong “Long Way Down” [LIVE SXSW 2015]
Robert DeLong hung out with Austin City Limits Radio at the Live Morning Broadcast during SXSW in 2015. See the multi-instrumentalist perform one of his classics “Long Way Down.”
In 2018, fans heard new music from the artist. DeLong released his EP called See You In The Future, and collaborated with K. Flay on one of the featured tracks “Favorite Color is Blue.”

Judah & the Lion “Over My Head” [LIVE Performance]
Check out Judah & the Lion perform “Over My Head” from their 2019 album Pep Talks.
Recently the group dropped two singles, “Human” and “Best is Yet to Come.” Additionally, the Nashville group followed up with a new track titled “Beautiful Anyway.” Band member Nate Zuercher spoke out about the meaning behind their latest single. “Beautiful Anyway” is about the struggle to believe in ourselves and know that we’re enough even when we don’t feel like it.” Stream them below.
