Program Details:

• Eligibility: Enrolled in an accredited college/university, 18+ years old, with a minimum GPA of 2.0. School credit is required.
• Schedule: Internships are available year-round, aligning with school semesters. Interns typically work 20 hours per week.
• Compliance: All interns must adhere to company policies and internship guidelines.

Available Internships
Internship offerings vary by semester and department needs. Opportunities include:

1. Digital Content: Create engaging multimedia content from live events for all eight station websites.
2. Digital Sales: Assist with selling and executing digital advertising campaigns across online, mobile, and social platforms.
3. Event Marketing: Support the planning and execution of events and marketing programs in a high-energy environment.
4. Production (Bilingual): Learn voiceover, scriptwriting, and production techniques while ensuring FCC compliance. Spanish fluency required.
5. Programming/On-Air: Work directly with producers to edit audio, research content, manage social media, and assist on-air shows. Specific shows include:
   • The CJ Morgan Show (101X)
   • FM Morning Show (KLBJ-FM)
   • KGSR HD2 (93.3 FM)
   • BOB FM (103.5 FM)
6. Reporter: Collaborate with KLBJ-AM news reporters to create live news updates for radio, web, and social media.
7. Human Resources: Learn payroll, employee onboarding, FCC compliance, and the operational functions of the business office.
