Friday, July 20th  

 

ATX Food Truck Fest: Taste the World  
7 PM | Barton Creek Square Mall  

Take a trip around the world this Friday night with ATX Food Truck Fest at Barton Creek Mall! Each truck featured will represent its own region, country or city by serving up authentic cuisine native to that area! Kids under 12 are free, so bring the whole family and kick back for a night of delicious food and entertainment – like a fire spinner, exotic animal petting zoo, henna tattoos, live music and more! Tickets start at just $7!

 

Sunset Stretch Soundscapes on Lady Bird Lake  
7 PM | The Rowing Dock

Join Stretch, Daily Juice and Rhythm Superfoods for a super-zen, hour-long, silent-disco-style vinyasa flow by the lake, with healthy snacks and refreshments served afterwards. Your ticket will also include a rental coupon for The Rowing Dock! BYO mat and yogi buddies! Grab your tickets here.

 

Free Outdoor Movie: WALL-E
8 PM | Mobile Leaves and Fishes Community First! Village

It’s Free Movie Friday! This week, Mobile Leaves & Fishes are hosting a screening of the Disney film “WALL-E,” which won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature Film in 2008! Watch this cute little robot fly through space as you sit under your own sky full of stars. Donations of $5 or more are appreciated, and guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets. Food and drink will be available for purchase. See ya there!

Sam Smith with Special Guest Cam

The Artisanals

Crowds at Frank Erwin not really your thing? Not to worry, there’s always more than one great option for live music on a Saturday night in Austin, and here’s one we know you’ll love – Alt-Americana group The Artisanals will be taking the stage at Historic Scoot Inn to perform tracks from their debut EP “Literally Anywhere.” This up-and-coming outfit of Southern rockers has curated an impressive sound in their short time together, and we know they’ll put on an incredible show. Dog Days of Summer Fundraiser & Family Fun
