Lord Huron does chill indie better than most. But, their latest album “Vide Noir,” released in April, made it clear that the LA outfit are capable of much more than that. Undeniable strong, psych-tinged, rocking beats saturate the record and set the band apart from their breakout “The Night We Met” hit.
Last night, Lord Huron stopped by The Late Late Show with James Corden to further prove that point with an upbeat, energetic performance of “Vide Noir” rock tune “Never Ever.” Clad in a sharp blue suit and white button down, front man Ben Schneider belted wholeheartedly into the mic, with the neon green symbol from “Vide Noir” cover art lighting up the background.
Watch the performance below, and catch Lord Huron in Austin this September at KGSR’s End of Summer Splash at Stubb’s.
