Think you’ve got your Texas legends down? Here’s something to really put you to the test – this weekend, we came across a rare video of one of our favorite Texas stars performing for a live audience back in ’62, and he’s barely recognizable without his signature look. That is, until, you close your eyes and listen to his smooth voice that evidently hasn’t changed much in nearly 60 years. In true Texas fashion, he makes special dedications to Patsy Cline, The Grand Ole Opry and one “Cherokee Cowboy.”
